I actually quite like Pete Doherty. Going to The Mirror and calling the woman you are trying to woo back "a nasty old rag who kicked me in the head" is quite brilliant. I think I might try that one myself.

Anyway - I reviewed the Babyshambles album a while back and remember being fairly scathing about it. Actually, I recall it being mildly upsetting. So there I was at home last night in the early hours, and I thought to myself 'let's give it another go'. And guess what - it's still fucking dreadful. Worse in fact than I remember it - or at least the three tracks I listened to. And bear in mind the fact I was a bit drunk.

once great, now a sad parody :) amazing greeny, yellow, toxic skin hue tho. he will be remembered for that alone i think unfortunatly for his soft hearted slightly pathetic centre.

jeres, the choice of crack and debts as the tags is more true of what he has become than most of the articles written about him all combined.

i heard his new record has bert jansch on it. i think the last decent record he put out was the duet he did with another guy, their way i think the name was.

No doubt he'll be covering Needle of death. Just like when they wheeled out Peter Perrett to clatter through Another girl another planet. What next, Golden brown? That'd really take the cake. And eat it. And vomit it. Possibly over a canvas? I should be a think tank.
