We're delighted to announce that Chicago's volcano! will be returning to the UK, and headlining Hoxton Bar and Kitchen on Mon 17th November. DiS's Colin Roberts once described them as "the sum of all your favourite records since you started listening to music seriously... a beautiful voyage", which sums it up just about as well as anybody could. volcano! (lower case 'v' and exclamation mark are essential) are a challenging listen. Impossible to categorise, they mash together countless genres, styles, rhythms, tempos, sounds and emotions, often within the same song, but never fail to be Just Plain Fun.
